Who can participate in the Expo?

  • How do I nominate my organization to participate & share our best practices in the HR Expo 2015?

    Who will be the audience?
    You can expect 1000 - 1200 National Conference delegates - HR professionals, thought leaders & academicians as visitors to your exhibits during two days of HR Expo.
    What is the exhibition fees?
    To defray expenses of the Expo, there will be charge of Rs. 2,50,000/- per 3 x 3 mtrs. stall + service tax @ 14% (totaling to Rs. 2,85,000).
    What all will be included in the exhibition fees?
  • Access pass for two executives in HR Expo 2015 and food coupons.
  • Your company name on stand fascia.
  • One information counter table.
  • Two chairs.
  • Three spot lights.
  • One power plug point.
  • We participated in the HR Showcase at Bangalore. Will there be a discount offered if we take a stall at the HR Expo at Delhi?
    Yes. The fees you have already paid at Bangalore will be reduced from the fees payable at the National HR Expo in Delhi.
    Will there be awards for the best stalls & what will be the process to select the winners?
    Yes. 4 winners will be selected from the 40 exhibitors and recognized at the National Conference Awards event on the evening of 19th November 2015.

    A National Jury consisting of eminent HR Leaders (including some from the NHRD National Board) will evaluate the stalls featured at the HR Expo. You will be notified in advance about when the Jury members will be visiting your stall. You will be provided 10 min to showcase your HR best practice/ product/ service/ start-up idea/ institutional capabilities.

    The jury will pick 3 winners from amongst the 40. Additionally, there will be a 'Popular Category Award' chosen by visitors' vote.
    Where will the HR Expo 2015 be held?
    It will be hosted indoors at Shah Jehan Hall, Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi.
    What will be the overall event schedule:

    1. Allotment/ possession of space for construction & interior decoration work 19th Nov. 2015 - 0600 hours
    2. Construction & interior decoration of the Space to be completed by 19th Nov. 2015 - 1030 hours
    3. Issuance of exhibitors badges 19th Nov. 2015 - 0730 hours
    4. Exhibition timings 19th Nov. 2015 - 1100 to 2000 hours
    20th Nov. 2015 - 0800 to 1630 hours
    5. Vacating of the spaces 20th Nov. 2015 - 1730 hours
    What would be the dimensions - length, width, height of the stall?
    Each stall would be 3 meters wide, 3 meters deep & 2.5 meters in height. However, the hall has ceiling height of 4.4 meters.
    Is there any guideline for construction of stall?
    Yes, following are the guidelines for construction of stalls:
  • Usage of nails, pins, racks, screws or any such material on the panel walls of the built up exhibitor's space is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • No alteration of the size or position of an exhibitor's space is permitted.
  • All material used in the construction of exhibitor's space and displays including wooden items, backlist, frontlets, electrical wiring etc. will have to be fully fire proof and must comply with all other local regulations.
  • Exhibitors will be responsible for removal of empties, waste material latest by 1730hours on 20th November 2015. No empties or wooden material shall be allowed to be kept behind the partitions of space.
  • All interior stand fitting, standees, racks, etc. must be contained within participation space area.
  • The shell wall has height of 2.5 meters and the exhibition hall height is approx. 4.4 meters. All exhibitors should take note of this.
  • Items as listed in Exhibition Layout would be provided by the Contractor. Additional item/ accessories may be available, on payment basis from the Contractor.
  • Can we use any other space other than the stall to showcase - E.g.: space in front of the stall?
    This shall not be allowed as it will clutter the space and would like to leave enough room for visitors to move around.
    Can I get the preferred stall? If yes, what is the process of opting it?
    Yes, you can opt your preferred stall however stalls shall be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis post receipt of registration form accompanied with full remittance. To view the floor plan and select preferred stall click here.
    How do we make the payment?
    Both, online and offline payment options are available:

    Is there any cancellation policy available in HR Expo 2015?
    All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing. Cancellations received before 31st October 2015; will result in retain of 50% of the total cost. No requests for refunds will be granted after 31st October 2015.
